All my classes feature extensive alignment structure and invite you to become more aware of what is arising in your field of awareness. Instruction is in English. There is no music.

SEMI PRIVATES
10 week courses to deepen your studentship. Maximum of 6 participants, hand-on adjustment, structured in alignment with the interest of attendees.

OPEN / EXTENDED PRACTICE
Alignment based movement practice, combining muscular engagement with joint mobilisation. Modifications will be offered for all levels.

YIN / RELAX
A passive practice featuring long holds, isometric stretching, and breath instruction. Modifications will be offered for all levels.

Public classes can be booked through Eversports or MyClubs in the case of Feelgoodstudio. All classes taught JoeyYoga must be booked directly with me and take place at Arnsteingasse 30/26-27, 1150 Wien. Pricing information can be found here.
